CS Payal Gupta is a distinguished professional and a Peer Reviewed Practicing member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI), with over Eight years of experience in corporate governance and listing compliance. Before dedicating herself full-time to ERIX Advisors, where she is the founder, Ms. Gupta worked as Deputy Manager, Listing Approvals, at the National Stock Exchange of India Limited for over three years.
Her expertise lies in IPOs (SME & Main Board), NGO Registration and Listing on the Social Stock Exchange (SSE), cross-listings, SME-to-Mainboard migrations, and corporate actions such as preferential allotments, bonus issues, rights issues, ESOPs, REITs/INVITs, corporate bonds, and more.
As a Listing Consultant, Ms. Gupta has successfully handled IPOs of over 20 companies at ERIX Advisors and more than 50 listings during her tenure at NSE. She is also a leading consultant for NGO Registration & listings on Social Stock Exchange. Some of her prominent projects include the IPOs of Basilic Fly Studio, Maitreya Medicare Limited, Essen Speciality Films Limited, and SSE listings for Routes 2 Roots, Sarthak Educational Trust and Mukti.

Mr. Tiwari, is a Corporate Restructuring Expert, Startup Mentor & Trademark Attorney with over seven years of experience. He has served as a Company Secretary of Sealion Sparkle Port and Terminal Services (Dahej) Limited and as an Associate Company Secretary at Paisalo Digital Limited (Listed Company). He has expertise in corporate actions, M&A advisory, Due Diligence, Secretarial Audits and Foreign Investments with all the filings and related compliances.
He has successfully handled various merger cases, FDI projects, various private equity projects, due diligence projects and also a takeover under SEBI Regulations. He has been awarded Brilliant Performance Award by Indian Accounting Association in a national level competition.
CS Bijal Shettigar

CS Bijal Preetham Shettigar is an experienced Company Secretary and legal professional with expertise in corporate governance, SEBI regulations, and compliance management. She has over eight years of experience in handling regulatory compliance, corporate actions, and listing requirements.
She previously served as Assistant Manager at BSE Limited, where she managed compliance under LODR regulations, corporate governance disclosures, and regulatory communications with SEBI, NSE, and other authorities. Her experience also includes roles at Link Intime India Pvt Ltd, Kavita Suryanarayan & Co., Orange Business Services, Nishith Desai Associates, and Deutsche Bank, where she specialized in insider trading regulations, SME-to-Mainboard migrations, ESOP structuring, FEMA compliance, due diligence, and corporate legal advisory.

Mr. Singh, is a member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) having over six years of experience. He has worked as a Deputy Manager, Listing Approvals in National Stock Exchange of India Limited for around three years. He has expertise in Secretarial Audit, Statutory Audit, M&A advisory, Due Diligence and Foreign Investments along with all the filing and related compliances.
He has successfully handled various Merger cases, Amalgamations, Demerger, Qualified Institutional Placements, FCCBs, Bonus Issues, Preferential Issues and abeyance cases for the listed Companies.
